He received the B.S. degree from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1992, the M.S. degree from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2001, all in electrical engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was with LSI Logic from 1994 to 1997 as a Circuit Design Engineer. He served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the Graduate Institute of Electronics Engineering (GIEE), National Taiwan University, from 2001 to 2002. Since 2002, he has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering and GIEE, National Taiwan University, where he is a professor.
